Thanks for stopping by!  Please take a moment to view a collection of my images located on the portfolio page, as well as my pricing.  Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any questions.  I've found that as a photographer flexibility is the key to my customer's happiness.  Nothing that you find as far as hours of operation, length of shoots, clothing changes etc are set in stone.  I will do my best to be open to any suggestions and or requests!!

I graduated from Hawkeye Community College in Waterloo Iowa, under their Professional Photography Program in 2002.  My major was concentrated in portraiture.  I also concentrated highly on advanced electronic imaging, under Woody Walters. www.woodywalters.com (check him out, he rocks!!) I love Adobe Photoshop and the endless possibilities it allows.

For the last three years I have been co-operating Music 2 Your Eyes Imaging with Kelly Hoffman who I graduated with.  Most recently Kelly has purchased a home in Cedar Falls and has obtained a career position back at the college.  We have separated ways, and I will be having a go at it on my own.

The 2005 Gazette Bridal Guide featured one of my wedding photos as their cover. An achievement I was very proud to boast about. (Despite the ooopsy in not giving me credit for the work...But, I'm over it :)

I am a Professional Photographers of Iowa member, and Merit award winner from both the PPI and PPA (professional photographers of america).

I am definitely very excited about photography~ there is no better outlet for this creative mess of a head that God has blessed me with! I hope you will allow me to share that with you!!

It is my goal to stay away from stuffy and traditional photographs as a whole.  Don't get me wrong! I am very able and very willing to take a traditional photograph if that is what you so desire.  I just believe that anyone can do traditional. I would like to try to offer you something different and something a little special.  I do not use hoaky or cheesy props,  or tacky backgrounds.  You will usually find merely a black or white background and possibly a peice of furniture or stool.  I'll let Wal-Mart do the other stuff :)

I encourage people to bring a couple of their favorite CD's to each shoot (nothing explicit please :) )

I hope to hear from you very soon! God Bless!!

P.S.  I will be working on a part time basis while establishing myself into the Lisbon/Mt.Vernon community.  I will be doing business on an appt basis, in the beginning, which will consist mainly of evenings from 6-9, and weekends.  So, should you stop by the studio and I'm not there, just give me a jingle or drop me an email and I'll be happy to set up a time that is convenient to you.
